Hydraulic Cylinder Revision and Hydraulic Cylinder Maintenance
Hydraulic Cylinder Revision
Hidroman carries out all revision operations of hydraulic cylinders that are defective or need renewal, in-house. The cylinders arriving at the Hydraulic Service department are disassembled and all parts are checked, and the damaged ones are identified and revised or new ones are manufactured.
If the hydraulic cylinder sleeve and rod can be revised, the sleeve is honed, the rod is ground and chrome plated. After the revision, the measurement is checked and the cylinder is tested and delivered.

Rexroth Spare parts supply, repair and technical support are guaranteed as standard, this warranty is valid not only for all products in the current product portfolio, but also for products up to 10 years old that have completed the active sales process. After this, Hidroman and Bosch Rexroth experts provide support with an extended service phase. This often results in machine uptime of up to 25 years and is guaranteed by service agreements. It provides service with its wide service network and 200 service points in 80 countries.
Warranty Internal Service;
During the warranty period, it is obliged to provide free service and spare parts for all mechanical or electronic malfunctions arising from routine use, except for usage and installation errors.
Hydraulic Maintenance and Hydraulic Repair Except Spare Parts;
It covers the services provided by our authorized technical service team to intervene in the malfunctions of machines whose warranty period has expired, to perform periodic maintenance and to keep the device fully functional and active. Periodic maintenance is carried out in accordance with the principles determined by the manufacturer companies.
Non-Warranty / Non-Contractual Services; It covers the services we provide for a fee for the machines whose warranty period has expired and which do not have a maintenance contract, and which we mediate in the sale.
Disassembly + Relocation, Services;
It is the transportation of the machine from its current location to its new location, its assembly and delivery into operation.
Fault Detection / Troubleshooting with Remote Access (Teleservice Service);
This service, which we provide free of charge for machines under warranty and with a maintenance contract, and for a fee for other machines, is a technical service that works online via modem. The technical team in our Istanbul head office connects directly to the customer's machine via modem and provides direct access to all digital control data. In this way, the effect of the service is increased by performing technical interventions on the machine in real time.
