Extend Coolant Life, Reduce Disposal Costs, Improve Machining Performance
The ARIANA R-3000 Coolant Filtration System is a professional coolant maintenance solution designed for CNC machining centers, lathes, milling machines, grinding machines, washing systems, and industrial quench tanks.
The system continuously removes tramp oil, hydraulic oil, way oil (slideway oil), grease, and solid contaminantsfrom water-soluble coolants while the machine remains in operation. As a result, coolant life is significantly extended, machining quality is improved, tool life increases, and coolant disposal costs are dramatically reduced.
Unlike conventional filtration systems, the ARIANA R-3000 operates fully automatically using a bypass filtration process, requiring no operator intervention and causing no production downtime.
During every metal cutting operation, machining coolants become contaminated with:
These contaminants reduce oxygen exchange inside the coolant tank, promoting bacterial growth, unpleasant odors, coolant degradation, corrosion, and reduced machining performance.
The ARIANA R-3000 continuously maintains coolant quality by removing these contaminants before they become a problem.

Key Benefits
How It Works
The ARIANA R-3000 continuously draws a mixture of floating oil, grease and suspended contaminants directly from the coolant surface.
Inside the unit, the coolant is separated from the contaminants using a purely physical separation process.
The cleaned coolant is returned directly to the machine tank, while separated tramp oil is discharged into an external waste container.
Since no centrifuges or aggressive mechanical processes are used, the coolant emulsion remains chemically and physically stable.
The system removes up to 97% of floating tramp oil, helping maintain coolant performance over extended operating periods.
Because the unit operates while the machine is running, production continues without interruption.

Has the ARIANA R-3000 been installed in Turkey?
Although this specific model is new to the Turkish market, it has been successfully operating in numerous industrial facilities across Europe for many years and has proven its reliability in demanding production environments.
How does the optional magnetic filter work?
The optional magnetic filter works independently of the mechanical filter element.
Its purpose is to capture ferrous (magnetic) particles before they circulate through the coolant system.
The filtration micron rating is determined by the installed filter element.
Available filter options include:
How often should the filter be replaced?
Filter life depends on:
There is no fixed replacement interval.
Filter bags are replaced according to contamination level, ensuring maximum filtration efficiency while minimizing operating costs.
How are way oils and hydraulic oils separated?
The R-3000 continuously removes floating oils from the coolant surface.
Hydraulic oil, slideway oil, grease and floating contaminants are extracted together.
The coolant is then separated using a gentle physical process.
Clean coolant returns to the machine while the recovered tramp oil is collected in a dedicated waste container.
The system can remove up to 97% of floating tramp oil.
How long does it take to circulate 100 litres of coolant?
The nominal flow rate is 550 litres per hour.
Under ideal operating conditions, 100 litres of coolant can be circulated in approximately 11 minutes.
Actual performance may vary depending on:
The progressive cavity pump provides smooth, low-flow operation without creating excessive foam.
