Description and Application Areas of SAE 100 Standard Hydraulic Hoses
SAE100 R1AT TYPE Made of oil resistant synthetic rubber, single steel mesh reinforced, oil and weather resistant synthetic hose coating. Synthetic rubber can be used to hold the wire mesh in the hose together using suitable material. SAE100 R2AT TYPE It is made of oil resistant synthetic rubber, double layer steel mesh reinforced, oil and weather resistant synthetic hose coating. Synthetic rubber can be used to hold the wire mesh in the hose together using suitable material. SAE100 R4 TYPE The tube in the oil-resistant synthetic rubber consists of two layers of textile mesh reinforced with steel spiral body wrap and synthetic rubber resistant to environmental conditions. Thanks to the steel wire with spiral winding, the hose prevents shrinkage by the vacuum effect on the line used. SAE100 R5 TYPE The tube in the oil-resistant synthetic rubber is made of two textile braided, weather-resistant coatings separated by a high-strength steel mesh. SAE100 R6 TYPE The hose is made of the appropriate textile braided wire, oil and weather resistant synthetic coating of the tube in the oil resistant synthetic rubber. SAE100 R7 TYPE The tube in the hydraulic fluid-resistant thermoplastic is made with a synthetic fiber (wire) reinforced, fluid and weather resistant thermoplastic coating, which is compatible with the hydraulic fluid.
