With the spread of hydraulic systems, the equipment used in the hydraulic system started to be designed more efficiently and more compact. Katriç Valves are valves that have more compact structure and higher efficiency than their equivalents. Machinery manufacturers are trying to apply their machines to the machines they manufacture by following many innovations in energy efficiency, which is becoming more and more important in the world. Katriç valves will take up less space in their construction machines with their compact structure and reduce their energy consumption with their less weight. For this reason, valves are first used in construction machines. In this study, we will see the types and structures of the valves of valves.
There is almost no industry left without the hydraulic system. Machines working with hydraulic systems have been produced in the world for many years. Turkey also because it is a new emerging issues that are in the world like we do not have much information about the new expansion of hydraulic systems
We have weaknesses as far as I can see about cartridges. Katric valves will be preferred even more in the coming years with their compact structures and high efficiency. The operation and structure of these valves differ slightly from the standard Cetop series valves. Below you can find the structures, types and operating modes of the valves.
Product Types of 1. Katriç Valves
Cartridge valves are generally collected in two groups as Mechanical Valves and Electric or Electronically Controlled Valves. There are also complementary products for using valves.

2. Identification of Cartridge Valves
When defining valve valves, size measurements and path numbers of the valve are taken into account. All of these measures are called cavity. If a cavity measure of a cattle valve is specified, the same product will be defined all over the world.
4) It is completed by determining the road numbers with the values between 2-6. When defining a valve with a diameter of 8 and 2-way (one inlet and one outlet), 8.2 cavity valve definition will be sufficient.

3. Cartridge Valves Selection
All of the valves are manufactured in accordance with a standard. If the valves you are currently using are faulty, you do not have to install the same brand product instead. The only issue to be considered in the same cavity is the inlet and outlet directions of the valve. (Image.6) In one product, the valve's inlet port can be the bottom, while in another product, the valve's inlet port can be the top. After checking this detail, every brand of valves can be used interchangeably.
4. Logic Valves
Logic valves are the first produced valves, so in some regions logic valves are still called as valves. logic valves are high flow (400lt - 10000lt) and cartridges used to control high pressures. A logic valve is never used alone in a hydraulic system, it is always used with a small flow pilot valve. The function of the logic valve is determined according to the structure of the pilot valve used with the logic valve. If we operate the logic valve with a directional control valve, the logic valve acts as a directional control valve. In Fig.7 the logic valve is used as a directional control valve. In Fig. 8, the logic valve is used as a pressure regulating valve.
5. Cartridge Valves Blocks
Cartridge valves are never used in a hydraulic system on their own. In order to use the valves in a hydraulic system, a block to which the valve is fitted is required. These blocks are processed according to the cavity measure of the cartric valve. Katriç valve blocks are manufactured from two separate materials. The first one is Ductile Iron GGG40 material, which can withstand high pressures such as 400-500 Bar. The other material is Aluminum. Aluminum can withstand maximum 210 Bar pressures if there is no enriched mixture in it. Although aluminum works at lower pressures, it is frequently preferred by machine manufacturers due to its structure that transmits heat quickly, has high corrosion resistance and is lighter than steel material. There are many oil channels in Katriç valve blocks. (Fig.9) These channels increase in the use of more than one valves. If more than one valve valve is used in a hydraulic system, block design should be made.
6. Results
Hydraulic systems are being developed day by day and product types are increasing. As in all products, products are developed for energy efficiency in hydraulic systems. In this period when the competitive conditions are heavy, there is no doubt that using this type of innovation in the machines or systems we produce will take our company one step further.
