1. Introduction

This manual has been prepared to ensure the safe, effective and correct use of the SDE-2500 model Hydraulic Cylinder Service Bench. It includes technical details covering the entire life cycle of the machine, from installation to maintenance and repair.

2. Safety Warnings

2.1 General Safety Information

The machine is CE Certified; Complies with 2006/42/EC, ISO 12100 and ISO 20607 standards. All users should read and follow the safety rules in this section before starting work.

2.2 Pre-Use Warnings

• Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
• The manual should be read carefully, especially the safety sections should be understood.
• The use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is  mandatory (safety goggles, gloves, steel-toed shoes, etc.).
• The Emergency Stop Button must be accessible and known to use at all times.

2.3 Installation and Commissioning

• Electrical connections must only be made by authorized personnel.
• The energy must be cut off during maintenance or cleaning.
• Hydraulic connections must be tightened with the correct torque and the device must not be operated without a tightness check.

2.4 During operation

• Moving parts should not be interfered with.
• No operation should be carried out before the load is fixed.
• If abnormal noise, vibration or oil leakage is detected, the device must be stopped and reported to the technical service.

2.5 Care and Cleaning

• Maintenance must not be carried out under load.
• Leaks should not be interfered with with cloth or by hand.
• Solvents and acidic substances should not be used for cleaning.

2.6 Operator's Responsibilities

• Comply with safety instructions.
• Regular check-up and reporting of abnormalities.
• To warn the environment in case of emergencies and to make the necessary notifications.

4. Machine Introduction

Hydraulic Cylinder Service Bench is used for maintenance, disassembly and assembly of heavy-duty cylinders. It has been specially developed for industrial machinery, mining equipment and construction equipment. It is designed on the basis of operator safety and work efficiency.

Basic Functions:

• Controlled separation of hydraulic body and shaft
• Removal of piston head and rings without damage
• Reassembly of the shaft

7. Instructions for Use

7.1 Placement and FixingThe cylinder is aligned and placed on the machine bed. The device is secured by checking the fixing apparatus and reducer connections.

7.2 DisassemblyBy selecting the "On" function on the control panel, the pins of the piston group are exposed. After the pins are removed, the shaft is disconnected.

7.3 Safety NoteAll operations must be carried out with PPE. Care should be taken against pressure build-up.

8. Periodic Maintenance and Cleaning

Note: During maintenance, the power should be cut off and a "Maintenance" warning should be placed. All operations must be carried out by authorized personnel.

9. Troubleshooting

Only trained personnel should intervene in the solution of possible malfunctions. Any repair operation should not be started until all safety precautions have been taken. In case of doubt, the technical service should be contacted.
