AutoCut 5-32C is an automatic cutting machine for textile and steel reinforced hoses. The machine is easy to operate because of the logic control unit and LCD-display. The workflow is optimized by adding the hose reel and the conveyor unit.

What is the role of the conveyor in the automatic cutting system? For what purpose is the measurement system used?

The conveyor system is used to transport the hose to the AutoCut unit in a correctly controlled manner and to feed it in the proper position.
The HoseReel EOS unit opens the hose and feeds it into the AutoCut system and makes it ready for cutting. The measuring system on the conveyor helps to advance the hose to the correct length and ensure precise cutting position.

Is there a replacement blade option available?

Yes, there are straight and toothed blade options for the AutoCut system to suit different applications.

Can we get information about the exhaust/fume extraction system?

There is an outlet for smoke evacuation connection on the machine. However, the filtration system is not the standard equipment of the machine. An external smoke extraction and filtration system must be added for smoke and spark extraction.

What are the data transfer and communication features?

Export or import of production recipes and job information is possible through the system. Part numbers and production information can be managed via USB, Ethernet connections and the built-in PC system. In addition, data export in CSV format is supported.

Can different blade speeds and cutting parameters be defined for different hose types?

There is no feature to create different scenarios for each hose type in the system. However, the optimal cutting settings can be saved for each part number. This means that when the same hose is produced again, the previously determined blade settings and cutting parameters can be used automatically.

In this way, it is aimed to prevent burning, wire drawing or cutting quality problems for different hose types.

Is there a 5 meter conveyor option available?

The maximum conveyor length available is 4 meters.
