Maintain shape when bending pipes
The bending experts AT HİDROMAN use computer simulation to determine all the necessary data for the respective bending project. If the 10% degree of ovalization used in hydraulics is exceeded in the bending area during the simulation, bending is carried out through an internal mandrel to prevent the pipe cross-section from narrowing.

Reduced ovalization results in less turbulence in the piping system and therefore increases efficiency.

Define bending parameters with computer simulation
ALL REQUESTS FOR CURVED PIPES ARE FIRSTLY subjected to feasibility control by HİDROMAN. This is done using software that creates a visualized simulation. The software takes into account all parameters such as spring length, deflection and springback values. It then calculates the exact cutting length for the pipe to be ready for installation after bending. The result of the simulation is realized on a suitable CNC bending machine. The produced prototype is checked using a measuring arm and compared with the master data. If all dimensions match, the feasibility test has been passed and the HİDROMAN technician has given the green light for production.
