Fabric Hydraulic Hose Protection Sleeve

Fabric protective sleeves are protective covers used to make hydraulic hoses more resistant to external environments. With its excellent resistance to abrasion, UV, chemicals, dust, etc., the textile hose sleeve is ideal protection for hydraulic and industrial hoses, ropes, chains, cables, and wires, especially under extreme weather conditions and severe wear and tear. It is a tightly woven hose sleeve made of high-strength multi-filament Nylon or PET yarns, typically used to prevent damage to personnel and assets from bursts and potential leaks of one or more high-pressure hoses. If you are fitting the sleeve to solid objects such as chains, steel ropes, or rods, the smooth sleeve can prevent scratching of other objects. This flexible and cost-effective yet durable protective sleeve can be easily cut with scissors or hot knives and effortlessly fitted onto any application to provide extra protection and a longer service life. For non-removable objects, a protective Nylon Sleeve with Velcro closure can be offered, providing convenient and quick installation.

This abrasion-resistant Nylon/Textile sheath, manufactured from high-strength multifilament Nylon or PET yarns, protects hoses, ropes, chains, cables, and wires from physical damage, especially in harsh environments. It is the preferred solution for protecting personnel and equipment from potential hose burst and fluid leak damage.
